мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥â€™s Bachelor of Management program starts by giving students a foundation in business and management, helping them develop the skills they need to organize and lead teams and to respond to internal and external pressures.

As part of the Leadership and Organizations major, you will build on this foundation and focus on the theory and practice of leadership in the management of organizations.

Minimum admission requirements

To be considered for admission to this program, you must meet minimum academic criteria:

  1. Completion of secondary school (Grade 12)
  2. Achievement of the minimum average for your program of choice.
  3. Completion of Grade 12 English (or equivalent course).

Admission to many мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ programs is competitive. This means that meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

Program-specific admission requirements

  • Minimum overall average: 75%   

  • Academic English 12   

  • Academic Math 12   

  • Three additional academic subjects

As part of the Leadership and Organization major, you’ll have the opportunity to work with professionals in your chosen field and combine relevant job experience with classroom studies.

There is an optional internship available for Bachelor of Management students during their third year of study. The internship is designed to be a career investment used to build upon skills, professional experiences, and connections to enhance your employability after graduation.

You will learn about management issues related to planning, organizing, leading, and controlling within a variety of venues including for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sectors. You will also examine the interactions among the environment, technology, society, organizations, and people.
