After studying psychology at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥, Michelle went on to complete her MScOT at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include the history of occupational therapy, self-management, chronic conditions, and healthcare policy.


Sabrena Jaswal

MA in International Health Promotion
University of Brighton, United Kingdom.

Sabrena is a research associate who studied psychology at the University of British Columbia before going on to earn her MA in International Health Promotion in the UK. Her research interest is in patient-doctor communication.


Carlee MacNeill

School of Occupational Therapy

Carlee is a research assistant and second year master’s student in the department of Community Health and Epidemiology at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥. Her research interests relate to health equity, health services, and aging.


Bryah Boutilier

Bryah is a research assistant who completed her Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) in 2022. Her recent research has focused on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on access to sexual health services in Nova Scotia communities.


Brianna Wolfe

Master of Public Administration (MPA),

Brianna is a мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ alumna with a background in Political Science (BA ‘17) and Public Administration (MPA ‘20). She has a keen interest in public health policy and programming. Her recent work has focused on the impact of COVID-19 on tourism industries in the Atlantic region.
