Shared Mobility

In a renewed interest in urbanism, shared mobility transportation services have been growing over the past few years. This includes bike sharing, ridesharing services (e.g. CarShare), and ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft. As advances in mobility technologies continue, carsharing is expected to makeup more than 50% of the transportation population. Carsharing is also expected to reduce trasportation costs for the city and the riders, reduce traffic congestion, and lower GHG emissions.
