Peggy is always at the ready to answer any question related to admissions. When students are awaiting guidance or advice, she is always there to answer the phone or respond to an email. I truly appreciate her promptness, her cheerfulness and her certainty when answering questions. She has supported both Dal’s staff and students with unwavering dedication!

I would like to thank Paul Bourgeois, our Manager of Building Services, for his dedication to his role. With aging facilities, he is often called upon to help during evenings and weekends. Over the past few weeks, he has been invaluable in the coordination of efforts to help those affected by a recent major flood in the Tupper building.

A BIG thank you to our dedicated Technician James Crouse. Despite being with the PT School for many years, James still portrays a sense of loyalty and dedication that is second to none. Rain, snow or sunshine, James is at the School before 7:30am to ensure our Labs are setup and ready to go and that our School runs like a well oiled machine. He is happy to share the history and how things were in the "Ol' Days". If there is a problem in the School, whether it be equipment or IT related he will not rest until he finds a solution. James is truly an asset to our team. Thank you, James, for all you do.

As the Building Services Manager for the Faculty of Medicine, Paul always goes above and beyond in his support of faculty, staff and students. He is the go-to person for any questions or concerns related to facilities in the Tupper/CRC Complex. If you have a problem, Paul is always there to provide a helping hand. He has supported the Faculty of Medicine through many challenging times (including the University's response to COVID) and more recently, a major flood in the Tupper Building. His dedication and hard work is an inspiration to all.

In a year-round high-volume unit that facilitates close to 900 work terms and 2000+ co-op and grad job opportunities each year, the Operations Team is the glue of Management Career Services, working diligently to support 15 other staff members, all business students we serve and our employer partners who want to hire them. We literally couldn't do it without them!

Hugh Lyu - China Liaison - Management Career Services
Hugh has been an invaluable part-time offsite member of MCS for five years now, liaising between our team and the employers who hire our students to work in their home country of China. Although not often on campus, he has always gone above and beyond to support our students to the very best of his ability, and to provide excellent guidance and insights to our team, especially throughout the COVID pandemic. Loralee, AKA The Guru, has supported Finance teams for many years. She is a go-to person and even though that's a tough badge to wear, with a lot of responsibility, she never hesitates to help.
