this is a reminder to submit your December final exam details so the Centre can schedule your student's accommodated exam. Fill out the short form at

We cannot schedule the student鈥檚 exam without your information as we require the date, exam duration, and other special instructions to ensure we schedule with accuracy and invigilate per your instructions.
