DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:Ìý Department of Earth Sciences, Studley Campus. Working remotely via stable high-speed internet connection may be considered for some of the work period.
PAY RATE:Ìý According to CUPE Agreement Local 3912
WORK ASSIGNMENT:Ìý Duties are varied and may include preparing assignment/tutorial material (including videos), marking assignments, providing guidance and instruction to students on assignments, and assisting the course instructor with teaching-related duties.Ìý This position is in support of a Distance course with online content and assignments;Ìý extensive e-mail and BrightSpace contact with students will be a major part of the job. The position is from April 25 to June 24.Ìý
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:Ìý Applicants should be graduate students or advanced undergraduates at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥, with a background in physical geography or related field. Experience with GoogleEarth, online learning, and production of simple videos would be beneficial.
