Work Assignment: INFO 6500 – Community Led Services
The part-time academic will teach the elective course INFO 6500 Community Led Services in the Master of Library and Information Studies program during the 2019 Summer term. The course is scheduled as an online course from May – July 2019.

Requirements of the Position: MLIS degree (or similar) and significant employment or research experience in community led initiatives. Prior graduate-level teaching experience in this area (or a similar area) would be an asset.
The Instructor reports to the Director of the School. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including lectures, active learning class sessions, assignment preparation and evaluation; availability for two hours per week for consultation with students. A syllabus for the course is available upon request.
