January is Mental Health Month at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ (dal.ca/thrive).
On each of the remaining Mondays in January, a mental health habit will be presented for you to try each day for the rest of the week.Ìý These are practices found to be helpful in maintaining and regaining mental health.Ìý
Week 3: Stop and watch your breath for 2 minutes each day
Simply tune in and monitor your breathing, no need to do anything else.Ìý Just becoming aware of your breath can lead to feeling more calm and centered. If you can do more than two minutes, go for it.
