January is Mental Health Month at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ (dal.ca/thrive).
On each of the remaining Mondays in January, a mental health habit will be presented for you to try each day for the rest of the week. These are practices found to be helpful in maintaining and regaining mental health.Â
Week 2: Be physically active for 15 minutes each day.Â
Yes, your physical health affects your mental health. Walk, do some stretches, take some stairs. Keep it simple and break up the minutes if you need to. This is a super mood booster.
