мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ Student Health & Wellness is excited to launch the Q-Life Resilience Project in partnership with the School of Health & Human Performance and Vendura Wellness. Ð¼ÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ the project:
- The Q-Life will help students build personal and academic resilience, and will help prepare them for dealing with everyday challenges and stress
- Students get: expert advice, an e-workbook, access to online resources, and a certificate for completing resilience training
- It's FREE ($500 value) for all мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ and King's students
- Students can register online at any point, and activities will be released based on their registration date
- If students register before October 13 they will also be entered to win 1 of 2 iPads. ​
