Being adaptable can be fostered through exposure to creative ideas that challenge us to stay open-minded, to not judge and to question one鈥檚 own assumptions.
Adaptability is a competency that embraces three behaviours that creative ideas may support:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Re-evaluating your position in light of new information
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adapting one鈥檚 approach
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding and accepting that change happens and are able to let go of old ideas
In a short 23 minutes, this video offers information on verifying the workability of ideas, canvassing opinions and building on ideas.
