POSITION: Part-time Academic (2 positions); Cell Biology (Biology 2020.03); September 1, to December 31, 2017
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Biology
PAY RATE: $4,881-5,969
WORK ASSIGNMENT: The instructor is responsible for the Cell Biology (BIOL 2020) class lectures and evaluation of students (approximately 300). The instructor will consult with the Laboratory Instructor in the delivery of the course content. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: The applicants will have an advanced degree in biology and have prior, recent teaching experience in the field of cell and molecular biology and demonstrated ability to lecture to over 100 undergraduate students. First-time applicants to the Department of Biology must provide the names of two references.
