Some students, both international and domestic, will not be going home for the holidays, but will remain on campus. In order to offer our support to them, the Halifax Alumni Chapter and the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ Women's Division, working with the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ International Student Association, the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ African Student Association, and the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ International Centre, are organizing a traditional East Coast holiday meal. Last year nearly 100 students joined us, and this year we hope to have even more guests.
We invite you to share the holiday spirit with our international and out-of-town students by contributing to the costs of the student dinner. We anticipate we will need to raise $3000 to host the maximum number of students possible. Your contribution of $20 or more will help ensure these students are surrounded by community at this special time of year. If you live in or near Halifax, you can also give them the gift of your company by attending in person. Learn more:
