The diversity of content means there is something that can address the learning needs of everyone.

When you take a professional development course online, consider it the same as if you were taking a face-to-face course that is agreed you should attend. Be sure to discuss your learning needs with your supervisor/manager to work out a reasonable plan to spend time learning online.
