Position: Sessional Lecturer – Fall 2015
Department of Engineering
Pay Rate: $6,681 - $7,924 (inclusive of vacation pay)
Work Assignment: This sessional lecturer will teach APSC 2002, Bioresource Systems Analysis for the period of the Fall 2015. The class is currently scheduled for lectures, Wednesday and Friday, 14:05 -15:25 and labs, Thursday, 8:05-10:55. The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Msc in Engineering or related field, Phd preferred. At least one year experience of teaching in a postsecondary educational institution. Excellent oral, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Work Assignment: This sessional lecturer will teach Communication portion of ENGN 1006 (1/2 of the course), Introduction to Professional Engineering for the period of the Fall 2015. The class is currently scheduled for lectures, Tuesday and Thursday, 12:35 -13:55 and no labs. The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: MBA or equivalent education in technical communications. At least one year experience of teaching in a postsecondary educational institution. Excellent oral, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
