The part time academic should expect to be engaged in course preparations preceding course delivery and notify the Field Coordinator regarding problematic situations.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Educational background with extensive experience in social work (or related fields) is required. The successful incumbent must have solid knowledge of a variety of social work skills and the ability to impart these skills to students. A Master of Social Work degree, or higher, and previous teaching experience is preferred. New and returning part-time academics must be available to attend mandatory orientation sessions and training for the new Learning Management System (LMS) - either in person or via videoconference.
