Applications are invited for a 10 month, Limited-Term, Instructor position for the period August 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. The Limited-Term Instructor, working with a Senior Instructor, is responsible for the administration of the large enrolment introductory biology classes BIOL 1010 and 1011 as well as delivery of the laboratory component of these classes.

The candidate should have at least an MSc or equivalent academic experience in Biology, and significant undergraduate laboratory teaching experience at the university level. Experience with the course management system used at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ (Blackboard Learn) would be an asset. Candidates must have a strong background and interest in teaching, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work as a team member. Salary according to qualifications and experience, as determined by the DFA Collective Agreement.
