Writing is challenging. It is for everybody. We have found that most people benefit from discussing their progress with somebody who is knowledgeable about writing.
If you are a grad student and have been wanting to discuss your work with a Writing Centre advisor, please drop-in to the Writing Centre (G25 Admin Offices behind the Subway in the Killam Library) between 10:00 and 2:00 on Tuesday, February 18th. Since it is Reading Week, we are going to reserve that time for you. It will be first come, first served.
It is our hope that you find that the writing is easier after a session. Having a writing coach may steer you in the right direction – or at least provide enough pressure to get you moving forward. It has certainly happened before for many grad students.
We hope to see you at the Writing Centre next week.
