A Part-Time Academic is needed to teach all four sections of the first half of Finance II, May to mid-June 2014.

Commerce 2203 – Finance II

Requirements:
Ìý
An MBA degree and a background in Finance are required. Ìý
The successful applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of the subject
matter, and an established record of teaching experience. Applicants familiar
with teaching Finance II in the summer session are preferred. The successful candidate
must also be able to meet the School's accrediting body (AACSB) academic
or professional qualification requirements.

Duties included, but are not limited to:

The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and
administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and
evaluation. Specifically, because the teaching of this course will be shared with another
instructor, the successful applicant will be expected to prepare and mark the midterm examination
for the first part of the course, and to coordinate the scheduling of the course material with the other instructor.

The Part-Time Academic should be available for two hours per
week for consultation with students. The Part-Time Academic reports to the
Director of the Department.
