As midterms approach students will be asking instructors to sign off on their Exam Service Requests. In order to provide efficient service to students, and to minimize the follow-up required with instructors, please ensure all fields are complete prior to signing off on an Exam Service Request. Those fields include: exam date, start time, duration, etc.

If you have not received a Notice of Accommodation for your student, do not sign off on an Exam Service Request; instead redirect the student to Advising and Access Services: www.dal.ca/access

As a reminder, hard copy exams must be delivered at least one working day in advance of the exam date. Fax or electronic copies must be sent at least three working days in advance of the exam date.
