Fall term registration for Dalplex fitness and wellness programs is now open!
Swim lessons, climbing programs, yoga classes, first aid classes, squash lessons, kettlebells, boot camps and more - it's all starting in September and you can register today!
Plus check out the convenient options for faculty and staff - get your work out in before, during or after work!
Before work:
-Early Bird Boot Camp, Mon & Thurs from 6-7am starting Sept. 16
Lunch time:
-R & R Yoga, Mon or Wed from 12:05-12:55pm starting Sept. 16 or 18
-Kettlebells, Tue & Thu from 12-1pm starting Sept. 17
-Weight Loss Boot Camp, Mon & Wed from 12-1pm starting Sept. 16
-Learn to Walk or Run a 5K, Wed & Fri from 12:05-12:55pm starting Sept. 18
-Kickboxing, Tue from 12-1pm starting Sept. 17
After work:
-Man Camp, Tue & Thur from 6:30pm-7:30pm starting Sept. 17
-Kickboxing, Thu from 6-7pm starting Sept. 19
-Weight Loss Boot Camp, Mon & Wed from 6:30-7:30pm starting Sept. 16
