For the uninitiated the car-sharing concept is this. You buy a membership. Once you鈥檙e a member you have access a fleet of new, fuel-efficient, vehicles parked around the city. To access one all you need to do is hop online, make a reservation, show up at the designated time with your electric key fob, the keys will be waiting and for a nominal hourly fee you鈥檙e on your way.?
