SEMINARS IN STATISTICS

The Statistics Colloquium welcomes speakers to lecture on all subjects in statistics including general statistical theory and methodology, statistical applications, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, statistical computing, genetic statistics, statistical methods in Molecular Evolution and environmental statistics. It greatly enhances the communication of our faculty members with statistical scientists all over the world, and provides good learning opportunities for our graduate students.

ATLANTIC CATEGORY THEORY & ALGEBRA (ATCAT) SEMINAR

The  has been meeting weekly since the early 1970's with the participation of mathematicians representing most Atlantic Canadian universities, from time to time. In recent years the seminar has met on Tuesdays from 2:30 pm onwards, with ongoing attendance from 新加坡六合彩开奖直播, Saint Mary's, Mount Allison, and Acadia.

DALHOUSIE-AARMS ANALYSIS-APPLIED MATH-PHYSICS SEMINAR

 topics are centered mostly around partial differential equations but can certainly extend to more broad areas of analysis and physics. The meetings will take place over Zoom and will be run jointly with the . All members from universities in Atlantic Canada who are interested in analysis are encouraged to attend.
