鈥淭here is something for everyone to learn in this course, and I strongly encourage all professionals, regardless of career stage, to take this course! The Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace was helpful in providing new information and tools to dismantle systems of oppression in the workplace and in our daily lives. Camille made sensitive topics around inequities and systemic issues easy to discuss and offers many different approaches to moving past performative allyship and truly acting and operating in solidarity with marginalized communities. The downloadable resources really reinforced the key learning outcomes, and I liked that I can share them with others in my workplace as well. Plus, the scenarios are much more helpful than typical e-learning quizzes!鈥 |
Using videos, questionnaires and other interactive tools, Camille鈥檚 teaching style inspires participants to put into practice new perspectives on how they see themselves and the world around them, and how to confidently start or continue to put their allyship into action.
鈥淐onversations in the workplace around identity and belonging very often get uncomfortable. Having your entire team go through a course like this helps everyone work through that inevitable discomfort,鈥 says Camille Dundas. 鈥淢any times, we just don鈥檛 have the language to effectively communicate on issues around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. What the course provides is a shared reference point that can serve as a guiding framework for these interactions, which your team can continue to use well after they have finished the course.鈥
Develop the skills and knowledge needed to improve EDIB efforts across a wide range of areas and industries by registering your team today. This course will allow your employees to hone their organizational and communication skills, equipping them with valuable insight on how best to apply an equity-based approach in the workplace. With this course, you can strengthen your team and push for better results both in and out of the workplace.
