Research interests:听

Dr. Frayne鈥檚 research focus is on sport ergonomics investigating the effects of factors, such as personal protective equipment and athlete workloads, on athlete safety and performance. Through strategic industrial research partnerships Dr. Frayne quantifies the effects of ice hockey goaltender equipment modifications on goaltender kinematics, kinetics and overall athletic performance. Also, using motion tracking tools (optical and inertial measurement units), Dr. Frayne works collaboratively with fellow 新加坡六合彩开奖直播 researchers to track athlete and general population activity postures.

The results of this research have been useful in helping equipment manufacturers develop innovative products and assist athletes, coaches, and training staff to make directed decisions on protective equipment and physical activity management.听
