The Legal Aspects of Canadian Healthcare Delivery offers a five-day, customized learning experience that centres on the intersection of law and the Canadian healthcare system. Details & Admission Criteria

  1. Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
  2. Applicants without a bachelor鈥檚 degree who have a minimum of 3 to 5 years鈥 professional experience in the healthcare sector听may听be considered.
  3. Provision of a 鈥淪tatement of Career Objectives鈥 that articulates the relevance of the Certificate to the applicant鈥檚 stated goals.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $70 听

Fee Per Delegate:听 $2,995 听

Fees include: attendance, program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments for each of the 5 days of the program.听Payment must be received 14 days prior to the course start date.听听

The price does not include accommodation.听 Additional information regarding听any preferential hotel room rate will be provided upon registration.

Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend the program, refunds will be available on the following basis:

  • Full refund up until 14 days prior to the start date
  • 50% refund from 13 days to 48 hours prior to the start date
  • No refund within 48 hours of the start of the course.

Cancellations: the Planning Committee reserves the right to make changes to the session agenda and speakers, or to cancel the program if registration targets are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail.听 听In the event of program cancellation, the School of Health Administration鈥檚 liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees only.听 听
