Biography

Matthew is the Director of Performance, Analytics and Accountability with Nova Scotia Health and also serves on the Board of Directors with the RK MacDonald Nursing Home. Matthew is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and is an EXTRA Fellow with Healthcare Excellence Canada. Matthew is a past recipient of the Naimark Award (HEC) and the Lawrence Nestman Award (мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥). His main interests are increasing organizational data fluency, building cultures of data driven decision making, and leveraging analytics to support accountability for health systems. Working with students and developing future health leaders is a passion for Matthew, and he is thrilled to be once again serving as a lecturer with the School of Health Administration.
