Fall Fitness

Fall is coming and what a better time to get back to your regular fitness routine.

Our Tuesday noon yoga will be Joyful Flow Yoga- We will safely warm up and get the breath and body moving fluidly through postures. Modification and variety will be offered in every class to keep it accessible and satisfying as we move through the rest of our day.Ìý Classes begin September 17th

Fitness Fusion Class

Sponsored by the Dal AC Wellness Committee.

Working from the inside-out, this class focuses on connecting with our breath and strengthening body muscles that help support us during our everyday activities.Ìý

These low impact and light resistance standing and mat-based exercises will bring focus on core stability, flexibility and balance for a challenging, total body conditioning!!Ìý

Modifications are available for those who are new to exercise. Beginning Friday's at noon September 6th
