This competency is about 鈥anticipating and responding to the needs of those we serve (students - current and prospective, colleagues, internal and external clients and stakeholders, our community).鈥 听
Learn more about maintaining a customer focus and being able to empathize with the clients or customers your serve. This 28 minute video provides some excellent ideas on how to do this.
