Pay Rate:  In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement

Work Assignment:   This Part Time Academic will teach APSC 3018 Technology Modules

in the Winter 2017 in the Truro location.  The winter offering is scheduled for Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and two additional Saturdays from January 11th – April 12th, 2017.   The Part Time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs, test preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

Requirements:  Education; teaching experience at university level with experience in Technology Modules. (e.g., MSc in Engineering/Applied Science). Demonstrated teaching effectiveness is required.  Excellent interpersonal skills.
