There are administrative changes in the operation of the Facilities Management office on the Agricultural Campus.听 Clients will now be served directly by FM employees without the support of an administrative position.听

路听听听听听听听听 Starla Hutt and Joanne Merritt continue in their roles as Custodial General Forepersons.

路听听听听听听听听 Clients continue to make service requests using FAMIS self-serve or by calling Client Reception at 902-494-3345.

路听听听听听听听听 All Minor Project requests will be routed to Carl Baillie (AC Planner). Carl will continue to contact clients to discuss their project requests.

路听听听听听听听听 Anne Marie Mason (AC Project Manager) will continue to manage client projects.

路听听听听听听听听 Building access requests and daily parking permits will be managed by security services, and can be arranged by called Bob Collette at 902-893-4190

These changes were the result of a culmination of many factors including,

路听听听听听听听听 The implementation of Famis Self Serve and the MASS project across the University

路听听听听听听听听 The budget constraints within the facilities management budget for the Agricultural Campus
