What is a competency model and how might it be useful? What does successful leadership look like at мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ and how does it impact you?
We want to hear from you! This session, open to all interested faculty and staff, is your opportunity to review these concepts and provide input on the recently developed мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ leadership competency model. Your input will be helpful in further refining the model before introducing it more widely across the university in the months ahead.
