General accommodation policies
- Final payment is due in at time of booking and any remainder is due upon arrival.
- Full payment is required to secure a room.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10:30 a.m. Additional charges may apply if room is not vacated by 10:30 a.m.
- Minors (18 years or younger) require supervision of a chaperone (19 years or older).

Group accommodation policies
- All group bookings must be confirmed with a required deposit and a signed contract issued by Event & Conference Services.
- The minimum chaperone-to-minor ratio is 1:8.
- Cancellation notice must be provided within聽90 days (depending on arrangements with Conference Services) prior to the date of arrival or a fee聽for the group will be charged to the client.
