SHHRC has recently launched聽its fourth annual聽, challenging postsecondary students to show Canadians how social sciences and humanities research affects our lives, our world and our future prosperity.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽
The contest is聽open to all students,听graduate and undergraduate, enrolled at Canadian postsecondary institutions. Their task is to聽tell the story, in 3 minutes or 300 words, of a SSHRC-funded research project鈥攖heir own or a professor鈥檚鈥攖aking place at their institution. We will select 25 finalists to聽receive a $3000 cash prize聽and specialized training in research communications. We encourage you to聽spread the word聽to faculty who may wish to encourage a student to profile their SSHRC-funded research. This message聽will also be sent to the listserv of the Canadian Association of Research Administrators (CARA).
