Appointment Cancellation Request
Patients can now cancel their appointment with the Student Health & Wellness Centre online using this form.听Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an autoreply to show that your cancellation has been submitted and will be processed. This form is not to be used for appointments at the Halifax听Student Health & Wellness Centre only [you must contact or the听Student Health and Wellness Centre in Truro to cancel appointments at those clinics].
Please note: Student Health & Wellness has a听cancellation/no show policy听for听medical appointments听that requires 24 hours' notice of cancellation or you will be charged a missed appointment fee.听
